Breakfast is served every morning in our well appointed dining room. On the menu is fruit juice, cereals, toast and preserves, tea, coffe and a full English. If you have any special dietary needs please contact us prior to your arrival and we will do our upmost to ensure we can assist you. The front tables in the dining room offer views over the garden and sun terrace.

We are a fully licensed guest house for resident guests. Our bar is in the main lounge area and we have a wide selection of drinks for you to enjoy. In warmer conditions why not have a glass of wine while you sit out in the garden or on the sun terrace?

We have a lovely sunny south facing garden well stocked with shrubs and flowers and a variety of tables chairs and loungers for your enjoyment.

The public rooms are decorated to a high standard with stylish fixtures and fittings. We have a large colour television so you can keep up to date with the latest news or catch your favourite programme.

For guests staying at the Cleveland we have a private off road car park for your use. Excellent public transport is near by for travell throughout Torquay, Torbay and South Devon.
