A credit or debit card number or a cheque, equivalent to the cost of the first nights stay, will be required to secure your reservation at the time of booking.Please note that this deposit is non refundable. The balance payable on arrival by credit or debit card, cheque with bankers card or cash. Arrivals And Departures. Rooms are available from 1pm. On the day of arrival and will be held until 7pm. Unless late arrival has been arranged. Guests are required to vacate their rooms by 10.00 am. On the day of their departure. Please advise us if this is not possible. Luggage can be left in a secure room both before and after your stay. Cancellation. Bookings cancelled 5 days or less before the date of arrival will be charged in full, all cancellations must be confimed personaly by management no other cancellations will be accepted. We advise taking out holiday insurance to cover sickness etc. Please note that the cleveland operates a damage policy where all breakages and damage will be charged . We reserve the right to change a single supplement when a double, or a twin room is occupied by only one person.
